The IESO has launched a new podcast called Powering Tomorrow, which features insightful discussions with leaders from across the electricity industry and beyond.
In each episode, we sit down with guests to get their perspective on the opportunities and challenges power grids are facing in the midst of rapid change, as well as the innovative ideas or concepts that are helping shape the future of the electricity system.

Targeted funding application window now open
The indoor agriculture sector is seeing unprecedented growth in Ontario, resulting in a significant increase to the demand for electricity.
Through the Grid Innovation Fund, the IESO is offering grants for innovative projects that are focused on reducing electricity demand from indoor agriculture during local and bulk system peak periods.
The intake window for proposals is open from November 18, 2019 to February 14, 2020. See the Call for Proposals for more information about this funding opportunity.
